We're in search of a highly proficient buyer's representative to join our rapidly growing real estate firm. This individual will be vital in providing helpful counsel and guidance to our customers throughout the entire home-buying process. You will be the contact person for prospective buyers, offering them insight into the properties they are interested in and expertly taking charge of the negotiations. The ideal candidate is someone passionate, determined, and ambitious. Earnings are completely based on a commission basis. All leads and training are provided to help you accomplish your goals! We give more than just real estate licensure; we ensure that you have the proper assistance to be successful.
Responsibilities
- Make contact with prospected leads to identify their goals and preferences for a home
- Collaborate to reach an agreement between the buyer and seller or listing representative for a successful sale
- Guide buyers in choosing a mortgage option that meets their budget
- Keep buyers abreast of the current housing industry in the local area
- Pursue new business through lead-generation activities
- Quickly respond to customers' inquiries
- Provide reliable customer service
Qualifications
- Has exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication abilities
- Has a valid driver’s license
- Knowledgeable in the local real estate market and current trends
- Can rapidly adapt to real estate CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Aptitude to learn and work with a team
- Must possess (or working towards) a real estate license (assistance will be provided)
