Position Overview:
The Revenue Cycle Trainer is a vital member of our team, responsible for helping clients achieve financial and operational success by providing expert coaching, project management, and training. This hybrid role combines in-office and remote work with opportunities for travel to client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Cycle Coaching: Provide expert guidance to clients on improving their revenue cycle processes, including claims, payments, and collections.
- RCM Project Management: Oversee client-specific RCM projects, ensuring successful outcomes that align with their goals.
- Software Conversions: Lead clients through the transition to Open Dental software, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Client Training: Train dental office teams on Open Dental software and best practices for dental billing, customizing sessions to meet the unique needs of each office.
- Process Improvement: Analyze client workflows and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Expert-level proficiency with Open Dental software is required.
- Strong knowledge of dental billing processes, including insurance claims, coding, and collections.
- Proven experience in RCM coaching, training, or consulting within a dental practice or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to adapt to varying learning styles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel for client site visits.
- Passion for helping clients succeed and improving team workflows.
