Summary: To profitably grow our market share by maximizing Key Account satisfaction through offering value added products, services and integrated solutions. Responsibilities: Responsible for promoting the SKF products at selected Key Accounts locally/regionally. Committed to grow SKF business and profitability. Acts as the SKF ambassador who is building relations and continuously creating new adequate contacts at her/his accounts, with a main focus on highest possible level. Acts as the SKF speaking partner to the customer. Works closely with engineering and manufacturing to fulfil customer requirements and requests. Negotiates corporate contracts. Forms the necessary sales team and acts as the leader in the corporate negotiation process. Establishes long term growth strategy at her/his accounts in coordination with global sales and organizes sales and marketing activities accordingly. Coordinates activities leading to customer satisfaction and business growth. Coordinates the follow up of business opportunities with relevant parts of the organization to capture new business for SKF. Makes sure the account is continuously kept profitable for SKF. Coordinates a proactive approach of SKF Value offering. Organizes benchmarking and cross fertilization activities in order to replicate success stories. Focuses on improving our knowledge about customer. Acts as the contact towards the market for developing new concept/ new offers in the area of SKF knowledge in close relation with SKF segment organization. Makes sure that her/his performance on sales and profit are in line with expectations and targets set by the management. Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years of experience with direct customer / sales interaction. Automotive OEM experience is a plus. Self-motivated and execution focused with an ability to meet deadlines. Enjoy working in a team environment without losing focus on target achievement. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Demonstrated achievement in past commercial or technical roles.
