Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced sales professional to lead the Heavy-Duty Business in North America.
This position reports to the President, Vehicle Aftermarket Sales, NAM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: A high-performing remote sales team fostering a results-oriented and collaborative culture.
- Develop Strategies: To achieve business objectives and targets.
- Build Relationships: With key customers and business partners.
- Identify Trends: And emerging opportunities to position SKF as a leading solution provider in the Heavy-Duty segment.
- Forecast and Budget: Prioritize and provide performance reports to senior management.
- Collaborate: With cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives and priorities with business goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A proven track record of sales within the Heavy-Duty Aftermarket business.
- Preferrably a business or engineering bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with 5 years in a senior commercial role in the Heavy-Duty Industry.
- Able to meet or exceed sales targets and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales performance tools.
- A holistic and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
