About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Ski Butlers. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for upholding our customer service standards while managing the flow of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the shop daily
- Pre and post shift team meetings to ensure each Ski Technician understands expectations and responsibilities
- Plan delivery routes, support calls, and pickups for the current and upcoming shift
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Dispatch ski technicians on reactive support calls
- Ensure brand standards are being met daily
