Ski Technician Job Description
We are seeking experienced Ski Technicians to join our team at Ski Butlers. As a Seasonal Ski Technician, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers daily by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations, providing on-mountain support service, and picking up gear at the end of their rental period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings while focusing on our three Key Customer Requirements:
- Equipment - Choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort
- Providing equipment support to our guests within 45 minutes
- Packing orders for future delivery
- Setting up the next shift and future team members for success
- Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing, and general equipment maintenance
- Responding to customer phone calls, text messages, emails, and voicemails in a timely manner
- Restocking delivery vehicles with extra equipment
- Sizing guests in the proper equipment for orders as they come into our system
- Scheduling work assignments for the following shift

Salary:
$50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
