RV Demonstrator / Quality Control Inspector

Ski's Truck & RV Sales is looking for a motivated RV Demonstrator / Quality Control Inspector to check the effective operation of all camper systems prior to customer pickup and ensure all campers sold meet or exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities :
- Quality control checking the operation of all camper systems (i.e., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, entertainment, etc.) against a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Sheet completed by RV Technicians.
- Working cooperatively with RV Technicians to troubleshoot any camper issues and correct them prior to customer pickup and demonstration.
- Training RV Technicians on camper system updates / general knowledge and quality control parameters.
- Demonstrating the successful operation of camper systems to customers at the time of pickup and answering any customer questions effectively.
- Assisting customers with safe weight distribution hitch installation and adjustment at the time of pickup.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of campers, weight distribution hitches, and the operation of camper systems preferred.
- Ability to use measuring devices, tools, and online apps to verify quality control of camper components.
- Superior problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Organizational and planning skills a must.
- Effective communication skills (with RV Technicians and Customers).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Please note that this job will require heavy lifting and / or the use of ladders and other tools / equipment.
- Must have weekend availability : Able to work at least two Saturdays per month (8 am to 1 pm).
- Requires valid driver's license and good work / attendance record.
