Production Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production process by assisting with various tasks, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of construction projects from start to finish.
• Material coordination and delivery to each job site.
• Support warehouse operations by organizing materials and supplies for production needs.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow in the field.
• Crew management.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate with customers daily to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds regularly.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic fabrication techniques is desirable.
• Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production demands.
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking is a must.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

This position will be a steppingstone to other roles within the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
