Reports to: Accounts Payable Manager
Classification: Full-Time, Hourly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment, ensuring that all accounts payable policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Troubleshoot invoices that encounter errors within the workflow process.
- Responsible for Vendor Maintenance activities including ensuring all appropriate documents are
- collected and verifications are performed.
- Perform Statement Review activities and secure any missing invoices.
- Work with associates to troubleshoot Expense Reimbursement process and answer questions
- regarding the Travel and Expense Policy.
- Answer inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Research and resolve a variety of issues concerning vendor accounts status, including communicating with vendors and the appropriate internal customers.
- Work within the company to ensure invoices are approved and paid on time.
- Responsible for imaging and record retention of all accounts payable documents.
- Assist in ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume AP department. This individual must be a team player and have a desire to learn and grow their skills. Excellent communication skills, professionalism, flexibility, and accountability are very important for this position.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-10 years of experience is acceptable
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Thorough understanding of general accounting
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Adherence to tight deadlines and quick turnaround for accounting deliverables.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, vendors,
- and associates.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment where adaptability is imperative.
- Accurate with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Previous experience using Microsoft AX 2012 a plus.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
