Primary Responsibilities:
Digitize and maintain accurate records of technical and quality documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards
Collect, organize, and manage internal and customer-supplied documents across departments
Support the creation, formatting, and maintenance of APQP documentation, including First Article Inspections (FAIs), electronic Component Approval Verifications (eCAVs), Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and PFMEAs
Assist Engineering, Quality, and Production teams with document-related tasks and special projects
Ensure document control practices comply with AS9100, AS13100, and other customer/industry-specific requirements
Provide administrative support for engineering change notices (ECNs), nonconformance reports (NCRs), and quality reports
Manage document revision control and ensure proper distribution of updated documentation
Track, archive, and retrieve documents as needed to support audits, customer requests, and internal reviews
Maintain confidentiality and security of all controlled documents and proprietary information
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to document control processes and systems
General Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize controlled documents, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and proper revision control.
Manage electronic document control systems to support efficient and secure document workflows.
Ensure documentation complies with AS9100, AS13100, and other customer/industry-specific requirements and other regulatory requirements to support audit readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate document reviews, approvals, and distribution.
