Duties:
-Oversee the daily store operations
-Manage a team of technicians and service advisors
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of all service requests
- Schedule and assign work orders to technicians
- Provide guidance and support to technicians as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure quality control checks are performed on completed work
- Maintain accurate records of service transactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in auto repair service is strongly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills for record keeping and inventory management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
