Position : IT Support Analyst - Talent and Workforce Analytics- W2 only
Location : Charlotte, NC- Hybrid- 3 days onsite every week

Overview:
This role supports the Talent and Workforce Analytics team by leveraging M365 tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Excel, and other Microsoft services to automate and improve workforce and resource management processes. The candidate will focus on automating manual processes for requisition requests, approvals, attrition tracking, resource planning, reconciliation, and synchronization with financial forecasting.
The IT Support Analyst will play a key role in managing and maintaining SharePoint Lists, Power Automate flows, and PowerApps to streamline and automate workforce-related workflows. This person will also create and manage reporting and analytics dashboards using advanced Excel functions, PowerQuery, and potentially MS Access.
Responsibilities:
- Automate manual processing for requisition requests, approvals, and other workforce management processes.
- Develop and manage SharePoint Lists and related workflows.
- Create and manage Power Automate flows and PowerApps to support workforce data synchronization and resource planning.
- Build and manage advanced Excel spreadsheets for attrition tracking, resource planning, and financial reconciliation.
- Work with the financial forecasting team to reconcile workforce data with financial projections.
- Provide technical support to the Talent and Workforce Analytics team by ensuring all tools and processes are running efficiently.
- Design and implement tools and dashboards for workforce analytics and data reporting using Excel, PowerQuery, and potentially MS Access.
Key Skills:
- Advanced Excel, including PowerQuery or MS Access.
- Experience managing and designing SharePoint Lists (M365).
- Proficiency with Power Automate and PowerApps for automating workflows.
- Strong skills in SQL queries (desired but not required).
- Familiarity or prior experience with resource/workforce data is highly desirable.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in automating requisition requests, approvals, attrition tracking, or resource planning.
- Familiarity with workforce or resource data and financial reconciliation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, finance, and IT teams to optimize processes and tools.
