Job Description:
we’re seeking a full-time Certified UKG Ready TLM Implementation/Solution Consultant to join our team! You'll leverage your expertise in UKG Ready to become a trusted advisor/consultant for clients across industries. In this role, you'll be mainly doing requirement gathering, implementation, review sessions, and successful delivery to clients. Your deep knowledge of UKG Ready along with your excellent communication and presentation skills, will be essential for formulating creative solutions that empower our clients to achieve long-term success. This is a functional consulting role, so outstanding customer service skills and a strong analytical mind are a must!
Responsibilities:
· Lead requirement gathering sessions. Create and maintain clear documentation outlining project needs.
· Be able to provide consultation on the TLM domain.
· Implement UKG Ready TLM according to specific client requirements.
· Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing with the Project team and clients.
Required:
· Certified UKG Implementation TLM Consultant
· Record of many implementations and successful deliveries
· Work from Sunrise, FL office
