What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Skill Craft Body Shop Inc?
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Greet customers and assign estimates to the appropriate estimator
- Update notes in Repair Order (RO), as needed
- Help customers fill out and sign appropriate paperwork, answering any questions on paperwork and give them a copy of all signed documents
- Open RO's and organize paperwork for cars being dropped off/picked up
- Process and document payments for vehicles being picked up
- Log assignments as they are received from estimators/manager
- Call customers to make appointments for repairs, and set up rental car if needed
- Open new RO's for towed in vehicles and assign to appropriate estimator
- Communicate with Rental car companies to verify rates and arrange pickups
- Make follow up calls on assignments that have not come in for repairs or estimates
- Receive checks in the mail from insurance companies and input information into repair order
- Other tasks as required by management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
