Like our clients, we too are growing -- Skillcloud Consulting is seeking HCM Consultants for both our Managed HR Services Team and our Implementation Team.
- Our Managed HR Services Team are responsible for the management of HR operations for assigned clients. With a focus on daily, weekly, or strategic HR tasks and providing a world class client experience, success will be measured by NPS and client feedback, successfully meeting and exceeding individual utlization targets, and overall contributions to department and organizational growth.
- Our Implementation Team is home to our technical and professional experts focused on delivering a seamless experience for our clients. Working in implementation is about showing our clients how to make the most of ADP Workforce Now solutions. Depending on our client’s needs, you might scope projects, process payrolls, migrate data, configure custom applications, support user testing or oversee an entire project. In any capacity, you will make an impact for our clients and be rewarded for your performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads all aspects of the implementation project as a client-side resource
- Manage day-to-day project tasks for a client’s successful payroll transition
- Configure workflows to optimize system buildout
- Possess and maintain a high level of HCM specific technology knowledge
- Ability to create custom reports and showcase templated reports
- Ability to provide custom system training for clients
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Expert knowledge of at least one module within ADP Workforce Now
- Payroll processing experience
- Prior experience in project management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
