Admission Coordinator
The Admissions Coordinator will serve as the initial contact person for those seeking placement at our Skilled Nursing Facility as well as coordinating the pre-admission process. The admissions Coordinator identifies and maintains relationships with hospital discharge planners and other referral sources related to possible admissions This position is PERFECT for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail.
What you will bring to the table:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license preferred.
Excellent communication and organization skills
Customer service experience
Marketing and/or sales experience helpful
Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic procedures
Experience with nursing home EMR highly preferred
