What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Director position at Skilled Nursing Facility?
This is a remote role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst / LBA Clinical Director at Pathways Behavioral Solutions. The Clinical Director will be responsible for conducting behavior analysis assessments, providing applied behavior analysis services, educating parents, managing behaviors, and utilizing psychological principles to promote positive behavior changes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and supportive supervision to all BCBA's and Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs), working on your team.
- Facilitate and assist in establishing Assessment and Documentation templates
- Facilitate and assist in establishing policies and procedures
- Facilitate and assist in the implementation of ongoing feedback and training for staff members at Know Boundaries
- Facilitate and assist in the development and identification of resources and support information for clients and their families.
- Provide model teaching and other direct instructional supports including, but not limited to, practicum supervision/teaching, class instruction and in-service instruction to other support professionals.
- Develop appropriate behavior strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase functional behaviors.
- Develop programming templates for the therapists to implement based on assessments to increase skills and independence.
- Review and monitor ongoing data.
- Update programs based on data.
- Develop Behavior Intervention Plans when necessary and train everyone involved with the client on that plan.
- Meet as needed with supervised staff to discuss ongoing consumer issues and to provide support when necessary.
- Provide consultation services and to maintain ongoing communication with all constituents (other supports, parents, community, and community agencies).
- Keep current with the literature, new research findings and resources. In addition, continuing education courses to maintain BCBA certification are necessary.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Parent Education and Behavior Management skills
- Knowledge of Psychology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
- BCBA certification and state licensure
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field

Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per hour
