Responsibilities :
- Lead, develop, and oversee all functions of the Social Services Department
- Conduct assessments, create care plans, and support residents in adjusting to the facility
- Supervise and guide department staff
- Develop discharge plans from the start of admission
- Engage in community outreach as needed
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
