We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk/Administrative Assistant to work in our Corporate Office. Candidate will be self-motivated, high energy, professional capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast paced and truly team corporate environment.
Candidate must have excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Preferred qualifications include analytical and critical thinking skills, clear knowledge of General Ledger accounts, understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to learn new programs. Successful applicant must be detailed, dependable, and punctual.
Duties will include experience in Accounts Payable Clerk/Administrative Assistant:
- Data Entry for Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports.
- Preparation and keying of Journal Entries, reconcile accounts, verify data and business transactions, multi Bank Reconciliations, and General Ledger Analysis.
- Maintaining Inventory and Ordering of Office Supplies.
- Assist in mailing, shipping, copying and scanning as needed.
- Assist in answering calls.
- Assist in making calls to set up appointments and calling of various outside vendors.
Candidate must possess top skills and proficiencies including:
- Microsoft Office Skills, including Excel and Word.
- Microsoft PowerPoint is a plus.
- Accounting skills. Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
All work done at our Corporate office in West Palm Beach, Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch.
Starting Salary $20.00 - $22.00 depending on experience with 90 Day review and Bonus after 90 days.
Associates Degree in Accounting/Finance Preferred but not Required

Will pay bonus after first 90 days
