Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate cost estimates from project plans and specifications.
- Research and select subcontractors for bidding.
- Identify project risks, constraints, and sequencing challenges.
- Manage bid deadlines and maintain organized documentation.
- Stay updated on market conditions and pricing trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 years of commercial construction estimating experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Project; estimating software experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and guidelines.
