What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Admin position at Skilled Trades Partners?
We are looking for someone who can handle a multi-title position. This is a small office and this role is crucial to the daily functioning of the entire team.
This is a Temp to hire position
Responsibilities:
- Office Receptionist- filing, front face of the office
- Answering calls/directing those calls
- Assist in processing of weekly timecards for payroll
- Performs other duties as requested

- Good interpersonal skills are necessary
- Perform with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional organization skills and the ability to prioritize projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency with knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word PowerPoint)
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2-5 years relevant experience working in office setting
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger, payroll
