Job Overview:
We are currently seeking two Experienced Carpenter to join our team on a contract basis, for the next 6-8 Weeks.  This position does require some TRAVEL between CHARLOTTE, NC & ROCK HILL, SC - this project consists of work at six different "Food Lions".
 
Roles & Responsibilities:

• MUST HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE – a “Can do Attitude”
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
• Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
• Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
• Troubleshoot and solve any issues that may arise during the construction process

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in carpentry
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic math skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations

Location & Details of Employment:
This is a traveling position:  Must be willing to travel from Charlotte, NC to Rock Hill, SC
(You will be traveling between 6 different Food Lions between Charlotte, NC and Rock Hill, SC.)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:  

• This position is for the "NIGHT SHIFT". You will be starting at 8:00PM, the shift will be 10hrs, Monday through Thursday
• This project does REQUIRE reliable transportation.  YOU WILL BE PAID FOR ANY TRAVELING THAT YOU DO. You will be paid - $0.50/mile & $10/hr for travel time.
• This Project is for the next 6-8 weeks. THIS IS GREAT OPPORTUNITY & YOU WIL BE WORKING FOR/WITH A GREAT COMPANY  
• MUST HAVE – own Tools & PPE
