Job Summary
Skilled Trades Specialists is seeking skilled Structural Fitters. Pay is $26.00-$28.00 per hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Utilize cranes for lifting heavy materials and components during the fabrication process.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fitter or in a similar role within the fabrication or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and safety procedures.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Ability to pass written fitter's test and a T-plate with Fluxcore
