Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure exceptional customer service and productivity standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Enforce health and safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant, including equipment and facilities
- Assist in conducting regular staff meetings to communicate updates and foster a positive work environment
- Ability to carry out responsiilities of all FOH postions
