Cabinet Builder Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and specifications to understand the scope of work and required materials.
- Measure and cut cabinets and countertops to fit specific spaces accurately.
- Install cabinets, shelving, trim, and moldings according to design specifications and industry standards.
- Ensure that installations are level, plumb, and secure, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation challenges that arise on-site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- Keep accurate records of work completed, including materials used and time spent on each project.
Cabinet Builder Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean motor vehicle record
- Experience with laminate cabinetry
- 2 years experience as a cabinet builder
- Able to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
