Are you an experienced Production Manager ready to make an immediate impact? We are urgently seeking a skilled and motivated leader to oversee production scheduling, staffing, resource planning, and equipment maintenance for our rapidly growing operations. Starting Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Production Scheduling: Lead and optimize daily production scheduling to maximize workforce efficiency and ensure on-time delivery and high-quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate and manage production teams, provide training, and resolve any staffing or operational issues.
- ERP & Inventory Management: Utilize ERP systems to generate and manage BOMs, review inventory, and update production schedules.
- Process Improvement: Analyze data to identify process bottlenecks, and implement improvements for efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Safety & Compliance: Collaborate with the Regulatory Compliance Manager to maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Resource Management: Ensure all resources—staff, equipment, and materials—are effectively allocated to meet production goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Production Management Experience: At least 5 years of production management experience, ideally within a manufacturing or chemical processing environment.
- Adhesives, Coatings, and Sealants: Must have previous experience in adhesives, coatings, and sealants.
- Hazardous Chemical Manufacturing: Previous experience in a hazardous chemical manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate production teams while handling multiple competing priorities.
- ERP Proficiency: Experience with ERP and MRP systems.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly resolve production-related issues.
- Safety Commitment: A strong focus on workplace safety and compliance with regulations.
