Are you an experienced Production Manager ready to make an immediate impact? We are urgently seeking a skilled and motivated leader to oversee production scheduling, staffing, resource planning, and equipment maintenance for our rapidly growing operations. This newly created role is key to supporting our expansion and offers significant potential for growth within the company.
Starting Salary: $90,000 - $117,000 (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Production Scheduling: Lead and optimize daily production scheduling to maximize workforce efficiency and ensure on-time delivery and high-quality standards.
Team Leadership: Coordinate and manage production teams, provide training, and resolve any staffing or operational issues.
ERP & Inventory Management: Utilize ERP systems to generate and manage BOMs, review inventory, and update production schedules.
Process Improvement: Analyze data to identify process bottlenecks, and implement improvements for efficiency, quality, and safety.
Safety & Compliance: Collaborate with the Regulatory Compliance Manager to maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Resource Management: Ensure all resources—staff, equipment, and materials—are effectively allocated to meet production goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Production Management Experience: At least 5 years of production management experience, ideally within a manufacturing or chemical processing environment.
Hazardous Chemical Manufacturing: Previous experience in a hazardous chemical manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate production teams while handling multiple competing priorities.
ERP Proficiency: Experience with ERP and MRP systems.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly resolve production-related issues.
Safety Commitment: A strong focus on workplace safety and compliance with regulations.
