Duties
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential clients to generate leads and establish new business opportunities.
- Manage a defined sales territory, ensuring consistent communication and relationship-building with clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools for lead generation, account management, and tracking sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role.
- Strong skills in cold calling, lead generation, and account management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
