The HR Generalist will assist in administering and overseeing the daily functions of the HR department including internal acquisitions, benefits and leave, compliance, safety, and company policies and practices. To be successful in this role, the HR Generalist must be able to proactively problem solve, display effective time-management and maintain Skillwork’s mission and values through employee interactions. The individual in this role is trusted with great responsibility and confidentiality and will be held to high standards of performance.
