ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director of People is a talent acquisition expert, responsible for recruiting top-tier providers who align with our commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and results. This leader will also serve as a culture champion who builds a strong employer brand and drives employee engagement to support Skin Pharm’s continued expansion. This leader will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to hiring, while leading a team of recruiters and identifying high-potential candidates. Additionally, this role will drive employee relations, onboarding, benefits planning, and culture-building efforts, ensuring our team remains empowered and inspired.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand
- Develop and execute scalable talent acquisition strategies that support and anticipate Skin Pharm’s growth objectives and operational needs.
- Enhance Skin Pharm’s end-to-end provider recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Identify high-potential candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding, to promote retention and satisfaction.
- Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team, ensuring best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including skincare professionals, industry organizations, and educational institutions, to expand the talent pipeline.
- Strengthen Skin Pharm’s employer brand through strategic outreach, local brand partnerships, digital recruiting efforts, and events to showcase Skin Pharm as an employer of choice.
- Utilize data and metrics to evaluate recruitment strategies' effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and make data-driven decisions to improve time-to-hire.
People Strategy & Employee Engagement
- Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and company growth.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees, fostering an environment of open communication, collaboration, and continuous feedback.
- Oversee onboarding and development programs to ensure long-term employee success.
- Support benefits planning and ensure policies align with company values and compliance standards.
- Maintain and evolve company policies to reflect our dynamic and growing organization.
- Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards in recruitment processes.
ABOUT YOU
- A proven leader in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR leadership.
- Experience in clinical dermatology, aesthetics, or a related field-driven industry is a plus.
- Experienced in employer branding, with a track record of attracting top talent.
- Strategic and data-driven, able to optimize recruitment processes and retention strategies.
- Highly organized and proactive, capable of driving initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- An exceptional communicator, skilled at fostering collaboration and trust.
- Confidential and professional, with a strong sense of integrity and discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
