We’re looking for a full-time Practice Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL!
ABOUT THE JOB
The Practice Manager is a registered nurse who seeks to continuously improve systems, processes and practice and works effectively to resolve patient issues. Acting as a role model and mentor, the Practice Manager teaches the skills of ethics, patient relationship management, respect and professionalism while demonstrating good work habits, flexibility and initiative.
Practice Managers are given a multitude of administrative responsibilities when managing the daily operations of a Skin Pharm office. Practice Managers take on many roles, with the goal of handling the business aspects of medicine to maximize providers’ time and enhance patient care and experience.
ABOUT YOU
You must display excellent time management skills, be collaborative, cooperative and committed to professional development. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you’ll interact daily with patients of the practice and oversee the administrative clinic team. You should also be proficient in office software, as you will work with sensitive patient records and payment processing.
You must be able to take direction and also work independently. Organizational and multitasking skills are absolutely essential in this role. Inventory management and leadership experience is preferred. Training will be provided to enhance existing skills and knowledge base. Skin Pharm brand awareness is always a plus!

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Active RN license
QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE:
• 2 years experience in field
• Understanding of medical terminology
