We are a medical spa focusing on beauty more than skin deep with our anti-aging and wellness treatments including body contouring and sexual wellness solutions, located in Chesterfield, MO. Our goal is to help our clients achieve the results they want with safe and cutting edge treatments. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Welcoming clients in a friendly manner as they enter the clinic

Computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems at once

Answering incoming calls and lead conversion

Follow up

Making daily appointment reminder calls

Scheduling the clients next appointments

Sales

Receiving client payments

Upselling additional treatments and memberships

Training

Ordering office supplies

Assisting the medical providers

Being a skinBe expert

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

A minimum of 2 years in a customer service, client oriented environment

A minimum of 2 years sales experience

Computer experience

Must demonstrate great attention to detail

Must be able to multitask

Reliability and flexibility

Weekends and evening hours required (we are closed on Sundays)
