We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced office environment. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as required.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure information is up-to-date.
- Assist with clerical duties, including filing documents, proofreading materials, and preparing reports.
- Serve as a personal assistant to CEO, handling correspondence and communication effectively.
- Support office operations by managing supplies, equipment, and other administrative functions.
- Act as a front desk receptionist when necessary, greeting clients and managing client records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
- Help with Social Media content, Monthly marketing emails, & Follow up
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in calendar management and office software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
- Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, Canva, computer literate.
