SkinLab ATL is a small business in Atlanta, GA. We are professional, customer-centric, fun and our goal is to Provide the Best Skin Care in Midtown Atlanta. We will also sell SkinCeuticals Skin Care Products and do non invasive treatments such as Botox, fillers and Lasers.

Responsibilities:

• General understanding of Aspire and Alle rewards programs
• General Knowledge of injectables, facials, and skincare
• Ability to educate our potential patients over the phone and articulate why our services will benefit them
• Schedule appointments, answer phone and respond promptly to incoming leads via text/phone.
• Excellent typing and communication skills.
• Follow-up with our patients in a timely manner
• Properly educate our patients about SkinLab service offerings
• Constantly communicate with our patient base and build a positive relationship
• Ability to multi-task and grasp concepts/protocols quickly

Experience:

• Must have customer service experience (fitness, medical, retail, or restaurant)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• 1 years of experience working in Medical Spa setting (Preferred)
• Reliable transportation to/from the clinic and local areas for offsite events and/or house calls.
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Team Player
• Positive, pleasant and professional demeanor
• Self-motivated
• Schedule flexibility
