Job Summary

We seek a talented and compassionate Aesthetic Injector to join the Skinlab team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers, a comprehensive knowledge of facial anatomy, and a passion for patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities

• Perform Injectables: Administer neuromodulators and dermal fillers following best practices and safety protocols.
• Patient Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to identify patient concerns and aesthetic goals, then develop customized treatment plans.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain meticulous patient records, including pre-and post-treatment documentation.
• Patient Education: Provide clear pre- and post-procedure instructions, ensuring patients are informed and confident in their care.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our team of physicians, nurses, and aestheticians to deliver integrated patient care.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product updates through ongoing education and training.
• Customer Service: Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a warm, patient-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current RN, NP, PA, or MD license in good standing (state-specific).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of aesthetic injecting or equivalent clinical experience.
• Technical Expertise: Proven competence with neuromodulators and dermal fillers, plus a strong grasp of facial anatomy.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, focusing on patient care and education.
• Team-Oriented: Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Professional Development: Demonstrated commitment to staying informed about the latest aesthetic procedures and products.
