**Key Responsibilities:**
- Talent Management:
- Manage full-cycle non-physician recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring for clinical, administrative, and support roles.
- Oversee new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless introduction to the organization.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on workplace policies and practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
