Landscaping Account Manager

Skinner Overlook Landscape & Design is a professional landscape company located in Weymouth and Pembroke, Massachusetts.

Job Description: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, managing client accounts, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure that all landscaping projects are executed on time and to the highest standards. Your role will be key in identifying new business opportunities, overseeing customer satisfaction, and driving client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their landscaping needs and goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Work with the operations team to ensure all services are delivered according to client specifications and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
• Monitor client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support new business acquisition and ensure smooth transitions for new clients.
• Manage account renewals, including reviewing contracts and ensuring accurate billing information.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new services, and innovations in landscaping.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management or customer service, preferably in the landscaping, construction, or service industry.
• Strong understanding of landscaping services and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to identify opportunities for business growth and service improvement.
