We are expanding our Georgetown office to Marble Falls for the Service team. Come join a growing company. Summary :

The Estimator / Installer will assist customers with measurements and installs of their screen and door needs.

Duties / Responsibilities :

Great customer service, in the field and in the office.
Accurate measures, ensure accurate measures every time
Responsible for measuring and installing at customer’s locations.
Ensure Operations has everything they need to Order Materials properly for the job.
Ensure all pictures, job information and notes are in the CRM system.
Receiving screen deliveries, verifying the measurements are correct and the packing list was 100% received.
Load the trailer for deliveries for the day or next day to be prepared.
Review the day before leaving the office to ensure timely and efficient delivery / visits to all customers.
Responsible for ensuring all tasks are completed fully before leaving a customer's location.
Ensure the customer’s location is clean and tidy before leaving.
Ensure all customers are satisfied with the work after installing and ask for a referral.
Assist with re-screening as needed.
Responsible for measuring and paperwork for dropped off screens in the office.
Ensure all tools and equipment are ready each morning before heading to customers.
Ensure all trailers are locked and the shop is locked and secure before leaving each day and tools put away or secured.
Ensure all paperwork is completed fully and correctly.
Assist with answering the Customer Phone, as needed in the office.
Assist with door installs when needed.
Look for tasks and work needing to be done, don’t wait for direction.
Be on time every day.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities :

Excellent math and measuring skills.

Accuracy to the 1 / 16th inch on the tape measure.

Work independently and as part of a team.

Safety awareness.

Excellent Problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.

Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft / Google or similar software.

Ability to work in fast-paced and high stress environments and remain calm and level headed.

Education and Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Good Driving record and a valid driver's license.

Ability to work in all types of weather, hot and cold environments.

Work 8-10 hours per day in the heat, ensuring proper hydration.

Ability to climb ladders to 2nd story houses.

Ability to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.

Construction or carpentry experience preferred.
