We are seeking a highly motivated Aesthetic Clinic Manager with exceptional bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English to lead our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in overseeing clinic operations and a strong foundation in client relations and business development. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our clinic’s success by enhancing operational efficiency and elevating our brand presence in the aesthetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including staff management, appointment scheduling, and client service delivery across platforms such as Groupon, Yelp, Google, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, X, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote clinic services, collaborating with marketing teams to utilize compelling graphic designs, written content, and video materials.
- Ensure seamless communication in both Chinese and English with clients, staff, and external partners to maintain a high standard of professionalism.
- Align clinic objectives with business goals by monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and fostering a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple priorities and drive results.
- Proficiency in operational tools (e.g., scheduling software, financial tracking) and client relationship management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing an aesthetic or beauty clinic, with knowledge of industry-specific treatments and trends.
