Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Designer at skinworldwide in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Head Designer will be responsible for leading the creative product design process from sketch, to SMS calendar to merchandising photoshoots. While overseeing the creative process, you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the brand's design consistency and quality. You will be responsible for all product categories, and brand divisions within the skin lifestyle portfolio.
Qualifications
- Proven high level taste and aesthetic
- Experience in leading and managing and growing fashion design teams
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and innovative design solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Flat sketching and tech pack requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict development deadlines
- Passion for new innovation in sustainable non toxic materials
- Passionate about the surrounding competitive market
- Forward thinking creative and innovative designer in fashion and intimate apparel
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
