Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers in person, and via phone, text, and email
- Assist with ensuring the customer experience is top ranked
- Enter customer information into system database
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Assist customer to formulate the best service plan for their budget and needs
- Asks customers to explain specific issues
- Maintains electronic and/or paper records of completed service work
- Coordinate with several departments inside the dealership
- Collect payment from customers for services rendered
- Assist in helping to resolve customer complaints regarding services
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills including the ability to schedule appointments and meet with customers
- Ability to learn new computer programs with ease
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
