General Purpose: 

We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter with hands-on experience planning and executing email marketing and automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The CRM Specialist will drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and achieve business objectives in owned channels, including email and SMS.

This position will support print collateral and digital content across all TRG brands, divisions, and sales channels. This position will report to the Digital Marketing Manager of North America and will partner cross-functionally with e-commerce, marketing, and sales teams in North America and Europe.

Key responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for all Rossignol Group brands for B2B and direct-to-consumer.
  • Adapt the marketing calendar to international marketing launches and regional product availability.
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of communication.
  • Own the North American CRM marketing calendar.

Email Content and Design:

  • Drive both brand storytelling and e-commerce promotions.
  • Ability to modify and create email layouts that are optimized for different devices and email clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment, relevant merchandising, and consistent brand messaging.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop lead generation contests and campaigns for database growth.
  • Create automations and advanced customer journeys.
  • Customer database segmentation and retention strategies, including loyalty.
  • Ensure transactional emails and all customer flows are functioning.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze email marketing performance metrics, providing regular. reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage customer databases in compliance with GDPR.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM regulations, and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).
  • Copywriting and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email design and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with SFCC, Airtable, or Bazaarvoice – desired but not required.
  • Experience with Einstein AI – desired but not required.
  • Background working for an international brand – desired but not required.
  • A passion for the outdoors – desired but not required.

Experience

1-3 years in a similar position.

Work Environment

  • General office setting

Travel Requirements

  • Occasional domestic and international travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary : $51,700 - $65,500
