Laborer/ Truck Driver/ Heavy equipment operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various site construction operations, ensuring that assigned tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, punctual, ready to help and learn. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively in all types of environments and able to work outside in various weather conditions. If you have any/little previous experience on site work we’d like to meet you.
Duties:
Following instructions as directed by site supervisor.
Carrying out manual jobs.
Ensuring safety on site.
Cleaning and preparing construction site.
Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Ability to use a laser.
Digging Trenches, compacting earth, backfilling holes.
Operating and tending equipment, machinery, and heavy equipment.
Directing traffic when necessary to ensure the safety of pedestrians.
Helps with different types of jobs on and around the site.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of math.
Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with basic equipment maintenance.
Competence in equipment handling practices to ensure safe usage.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
The ability to work in various weather conditions.
Lifting and carrying weights in excess of 50 pounds.
Must Have common knowledge for sewer, water, and drainage

Truck Driver Position- must have CDL class A or B - for hauling Aggregate - must be able to drive a manual transmission

Salary to be determined on experience
