The overall purpose of the Business Office Manager (BOM) position is to provide financial systems and administrative support to the facility administrator. Manages, researches, and maintains all resident records for all resident accounts. Manages new resident payment source and verifies payor sources. the position may require management of the following but not limited to; financial record management, benefit research and verification, coordination of billing with residents/families, billing, banking responsibilities and deposits, management of trust accounts, Medicaid applications, insurance and other benefit management. This role also includes payroll processing, enrolling new employees in the timeclock, making sure all sufficent doumentation is present and input for each payroll. We process payroll on a semi - monthly basis. Pay dates are on the 8th & 23rd.
