Position Overview:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a professional and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product/service questions, billing issues, technical support, and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns, offering appropriate solutions or escalating as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
- Provide detailed information on products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all interactions are handled in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in outbound calls for follow-ups and surveys, as needed.
- Meet and exceed call center performance goals, including quality, call resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively within a team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- 1 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to handle customer concerns with patience and empathy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable using computers and familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
