Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs in a professional and courteous manner
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register or POS system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments with attention to detail
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume environment
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Knowledge of New Orleans area is a plus!
