- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and in person
- Assist customers with inquiries, product/service information, and troubleshooting
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain and update customer records and database
- Help clients with billing, scheduling, and service-related questions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service
- Maintain office organization and assist with daily administrative tasks
- Ensure a positive, welcoming experience for all customers and visitors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented personality
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
