In this exciting role, you’ll work closely with clients, vendors, and our internal team to plan and execute events that leave a lasting impression. Whether it's a corporate gathering, wedding, or community celebration, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring every detail is perfectly executed.
What You’ll Do:
- Event Planning & Coordination: Manage and oversee the planning and execution of events from start to finish, ensuring seamless operations.
- Vendor & Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and venues to deliver exceptional event experiences.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Handle all event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
- Creative Solutions: Collaborate with clients and our team to create innovative, customized event plans that align with client goals.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing event budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- On-Site Event Execution: Be on-site during events to supervise setup, ensure smooth execution, and address any issues that arise.
- Marketing & Promotion: Support the promotion of events through social media, digital platforms, and targeted campaigns to maximize visibility and attendance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Organizational Excellence: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Creative & Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think outside the box and handle challenges with a calm, professional approach.
- Experience: Previous event planning, coordination, or project management experience is a plus but not required.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with event management software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite is a plus.
