Key Responsibilities:

- Document call details and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Maintain a positive attitude and consistently represent the company in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems.
- Positive attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
