- The successful applicant will be responsible for oversight of a team of Customer Service Representatives who delivers product directly to our airline customers.
- Your team will be expected to provide on-time delivery to each aircraft while meeting all quality cleanliness standards and commit to exceptional service.
- You will manage the team through structured communications, and compliance checks, and monitor adherence to customer specifications, safety processes, internal production processes, and continuous improvement
- Experience Last Mile Logistics-2-3 years in related industry.
- Problem solving and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft products; familiarity with logistics software a plus.
